Rocket League US Division Update

Tue 29th Mar 2016 - 6:26am

JAM expanded into the US Rocket League scene back in September of 2015. Since then the team has had many roster changes with mixed success. Veteran JAM member F3ltup was kind enough to reflect on his time in the JAM US:RL division and the team’s goals for the future.

“In early September of 2015 (3 months after Rocket League’s release) Chris Bridle, Dillon Garner, Jai Jackson and I started a Skype call to talk about the Australian organization supporting a Rocket League team over in North America. Since then we have played with 7 different teammates whilst on our search for a core 3 that works well with each other. The current team line up is BRXNDVN, Ballin2013, and I (F3ltup). We have connected a lot better due to our schedules lining up. We have shown up very well against top 20 teams, highlighted by taking a game off the pro team ‘Failure to Launch’ in a 2’s tournament.

With the improving landscape of competitive Rocket League, particularly with the opening of the RLCS, we look to progress and hopefully get noticed in the community.

No matter what happens with my current teammates, I know I am going to stick with JAM as long as I can because the support and the pride of this organization is unending and has made Rocket League my most involved and loved eSport.”
